Kathmandu Handicrafts was founded by Stephen Forster almost 20 years ago. Following a number of years of travel and adventure, Stephen found himself in Kathmandu, the capital of the Mountain Kingdom of Nepal. Fascinated, impressed and influenced by the colors, creativity, arts and crafts of Nepal. Kathmandu Handicrafts began as a part-time business selling at local craft markets. The positive response and continuous demand for these unique creations resulted in Kathmandu Handicrafts becoming a full-time business. No longer limiting themselves to local markets, Kathmandu Handicrafts began wholesaling throughout South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland and Mozambique and have been exporting direct from Nepal to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Greece and the UK.

We strive to provide you with wholesale price on large selection of wooden, clay, metal, paper, and bone art and crafts made in Nepal.
